ETA 27/6/20 — I put 'a focus on the victim being aroused during the noncon' as a DNW in my Doctrine of Labyrinths request. I totally did not mean this. If you were considering writing this, by all means, please do focus on Felix' arousal! Not necessary but it's totally not a DNW, would actually love it included. (I know it's way late but since I've gone out to pinch hits and not claimed yet I figured I might as well clarify).

It's good to be matched to you! I'm going to foreword this by saying that I had real issues picking tags because I love so damn many. If you think a certain tag works well and you want to write it, chances are I'd love to read it. So please include as many extra kinks or tropes as you'd like! I also have very few to no squicks so please go as hard and dark and horrible as you want.

I'm requesting fic, but if anyone is inspired I would be extremely honoured by an art treat!

General/trope likes:
I love competent, iron woobies but also vulnerable characters, no matter how well hidden, and others finding their specific vulnerabilities and taking advantage. I love when a character tries to be strong but finds they cannot, especially in the face of someone who knows just what hurts them. I love general trauma not necessarily related to noncon, including but not limited to physical hurt/torture, emotional abuse from loved ones or authority figures, illness, injury, etc. etc. Don't be afraid to go too hard! I have no limits on the amount of gore or abuse I'd like to see. Character death is always welcome if it's non-permanent, especially if it's a traumatic death!

I love characters being dehumanised, both societally (e.g. the selkie literally not being human) or in the relationship by the rapist. Manhandling, carelessness, possessiveness, having the victims' emotions treated like they're just a cute act, all the good stuff. I also love characters acting to their own detriment to try and save someone else they love.

AUs are all good, mundane or not. Porn logic are not entirely strict canon compliance are also fine. So random bad guys? Nonconsententacles? Mpreg? Magic that's not strictly (or at all) canon? Inhumanly deep penetration? All good, though if you can slip in some canon-ish reason why it's there, that'd be even better! If you're into it I love worldbuilding and emotions/characterisation not directly to do with the noncon.

Comfort and aftermath is loved but obviously not needed. I especially love third parties looking on helplessly, comforting in the aftermath, but also comfort and fake sweetness from the rapist. I also really like the victim hiding the noncon from anyone who might be concerned, or at least the awfulness of the noncon, because they're self-sacrificing and don't want others worried or unhappy.

I love all kinds of noncon, honestly, haha. This letter is just me throwing out stuff I can think of right now, for if you want prompts, but I've looked through the tags and love pretty much all of them, so if there are adjacent kinks I haven't requested that you want, please do include them!

I love helplessness and dehumanisation, anywhere from the rapist dehumanising the victim(s) on purpose because it gets them off to the rapist not even considering the victim a person who can be raped. Maybe the rapist considers it their due to fuck the victim, and this matters more than the victim's feelings. Similarly, hole training or other obedience or body modification would be adored, as would scenarios where the victim only exists to the rapist as a fuck toy. Victims pliant through drugs or magic work well with this!

I love forced feminisation, though more in terms of impregnation, marriage, and societal roles rather than dresses and makeup. The marriage aspect works just as well for possessiveness and ugly selfishness as it does a more neutral, even gentle political marriage, where the noncon is because that's just how it is. The rapist outranks the victim and can do what they want with them.

I love roughness to prove that the victim is totally under the rapist's control, especially if the victim really is outmatched, but also gentleness and the mockery of a kind, loving relationship. Or I love roughness because the rapist doesn't care how much pain the victim is in, they just want them to stop squirming so they themselves can get more pleasure, and also gentleness because that's how the rapist gets off, or because they control the victim in other ways, such as through magic or political/power differentials. (Which is to say I love pretty much anything, but especially the extremes).

I'd love something extreme — in FFXV this could be fatal noncon healed with curatives, or in the selkie prompt because selkies are just that much more durable than equivalently sized humans. This can be handwaved! Extreme object insertion, giant cocks, cum inflation, fucked for days on end, whatever you want. I also love size kink with the rapist just generally being larger in all ways. I do prefer the victim being penetrated, though intercrural would also be lovely.

With regards to the more mutual noncon requests, I'd adore both victims trying to be stoic about it. Lack of arousal makes performing harder, which, depending on why they're nonconning each other, feeds back into feeling even less aroused, with accompanying fear and angst. Or one of the victims being more into it than the other, even if only to get it over and done with, leading to fighting between the two victims. Or comfort between them, if allowed by the cause of the mutual noncon.

What I'm really interested in here is humans being the dominant species and the non-humans being considered, consciously or not, inferior. In the case of the fishermen that might be seeing the merman as only a fucktoy, no more a person than the fish they catch, while for the lonely man, maybe it's more that he thinks of the selkie as a spouse, a beloved and delicate possession.

I'm looking for lots of dehumanisation, the non-humans seen as not real people, and patronising and condescending rapists. Whether they're careless, cruel, or kind (or all three depending on the mood!), I'd just love me some humans really getting off and enjoying their conquests. Lots of arousal on the rapists' part paired with none or very little on the victim's, maybe because the rapist doesn't care or maybe they simply don't know how to get their victim off. Incompatible anatomy would be a bonus! I'd love the humans trying to train their pet/spouse, whether from sadism, a genuine, albeit misguided desire to make them more comfortable, or anything in-between.

The tag is for a trial making Harrow noncon Gideon, but I'd be happy with any kind of noncon between or around these two! Earlier in canon works for the nonconning enemies aspect, Harrow nonconning Gideon because she wants to or because it's required but she kind of wants it anyway, while later in canon works for made-to-do-it mutual noncon. Equally, something where it's not directly one nonconning the other — one of them being fucked hard by a giant bone construct while the other tries to destroy or control, it would be 100% perfect for me, as well, so please go don't feel constricted by the tag! Whether pre-canon, canon era, or post-canon, I really want Felix (and Mildmay) being fucked up, bad. If the latter two I'm happy to handwave how Malkar is able to get at him — it doesn't have to be strictly canonical. I'm actually really into DoL's worldbuilding, so if you want to run with any part of it, I'd eat it up with a damn spoon.

I'd love Malkar pushing Felix (back) into master/student, master/slave roles. How easily he slips into it depends on the situation but I think I'd adore pretty much anything, whether it's frighteningly easy or he fights and fights and fights. Magic being used on, against, and through him, and his own magic or dream constructs being used against him, would be fantastic. I would also love some kind of recognition of the fact that Felix also used to love Malkar as much as he hated and feared him! A seduction as much as a rape would be 100% perfect, though Malkar simply being sadistic and brutal would be loved, too.

Mildmay being used against Felix, being drawn into it unwillingly or going in willingly out of loyalty and the desire to save Felix, would be loved so dang much. Mildmay's loyalty to Felix being used against them both, is perfect. Maybe Mildmay is tortured into the same feral state he was found in the Bastion and hurts Felix unwittingly; maybe he's the one trying to comfort and protect a broken Felix.

Ideas:
• getting to Felix (and/or Mildmay) through magic (architectural thaumaturgy = haunted buildings?)

This is my request for all the most awful, terrible things happening to Ignis. I have little to no squicks or limits and I'm a happy bunny with all manner of gore, misery, death, and violation. On the other hand, I would also be extremely happy with something milder, a rescue, and a happy ending. I love indiscriminately.

Maybe Ignis being used for some kind of breeding experiments in the Niflheim MT programme, with the rapists being clinical and impersonal. Or Ardyn taking a personal liking to Ignis, and using his shapeshifting abilities (not just to turn into another person. He can almost definitely make his dick larger, give himself tentacles, or...). I'd really love Ignis being competent and trying his best to fight back and escape on his own, but only just failing.

As you can probably tell from my requested tags, I would very much like hurt Ignis! Other than this, I'm easy. Emotional or physical. Childhood, Brotherhood era, roadtrip timeline, WoR, post-canon, post-canon V2, canon divergence, some unspecified time that doesn't technically work but let's handwave it away, all good. AUs where there's vampires, yep, mundane AUs, no problem! I would ask for mundane AUs, though, that the stakes are relatively high (so I would prefer not a highschool AU where Ignis is simply stressed out from work; a highschool AU where Ignis is caught in a driving accident and critically injured would be excellent, if that's your jam!). I'm good with any ship within the chocobros, or gen relationships, or a mix. If you want to go there I'm also very happy for Ignis/Regis, Cor, or Ardyn (Cor could be consensual or light dubcon, but I'd prefer Regis and Ardyn to be heavy dubcon at least).

I love Ignis for his absolute dedication to the care and comfort of the people he loves, from cooking every meal to staying close to Noct in battle so he can heal him. I love his competence, his terrible sense of humour, his style he presumably puts a lot of effort into (it's not necessarily a good style, but it's definitely a style!). I love how he suffers willingly and in silence for the sake of others. I love that he was trained up from childhood so he could properly dedicate his life to someone else. His absent family, how exactly his childhood/teen years went, how he dealt with learning to be blind in WoR, how he coped after Noct's death, or if Noct survives where he went from there, what happened in the days/weeks when he went with Ardyn in V2, are all very interesting things I'd be very into reading about! Or otherwise, something going wrong on the roadtrip is a classic for a very good reason. Calculated self-destruction for someone else's would be absolutely perfect.

I like Ignis as a stoic iron woobie, always willing to let someone have the potion before him, always up earliest to prepare everyone for the day ahead, always designated driver, and never complaining. I like when his dedication and love comes with side effects, like unhappiness and frustration when he can't do well enough even if it's impossible, or pushing himself too hard and too far, making others unhappy for his sake. And of course, it would make others unhappy, because he is deeply loved by all of the bros.

I really don't mind what type of hurt it is you inflict on Ignis. Physical whump, emotional trauma, all good. Ignis gets disembowelled on a hunt? Yes! Ignis gets severe depression or work burnout? Yes! Ignis mindfucked and abused by Ardyn, Nifleheim torturers, and/or mindllayers? Yes please!

For comfort I'm also easy. I like it understated and when it's not easily accepted despite it being freely given. Ignis spends so much of his time being selfless and serving that I'm not sure he'd accept being taken care of by others that easily, though of course if you break him down far enough I can also see him desperate for it! Acts of service, where the others take care of Ignis for once, are loved, though I definitely prefer it not something where, if played for laughs, the person caring for him messes up and ends up doing nothing to help Ignis (played as another aspect of the hurt is still good). Comfort where it's a very long time coming is fantastic.

Prompts
• Ignis takes the fall for something Noct, Prompto or Gladio does pre-game canon, and the punishment is something unexpectedly harsh. Whether it's corporal punishment, public humiliation, or lost privileges like losing his apartment/car and having to move back with family he's not close to (or more than one type!) I'd love to see both Ignis coping with the punishment itself, and how whoever he took it for reacts.
• Ignis re-learning to fight newly blind. I know in canon it becomes a non-issue pretty much instantly, but I'd love somewhere where it's much more of a problem. I can't see him accepting his own failures, which would of course happen, given his exacting standards. Prompto and Gladio could either stay with him or find him in the aftermath.
• Noncon or attempted noncon. Maybe Ardyn has his fun with Ignis before Noct and the others arrive in Gralea in V2. Maybe Ignis is targeted by a tutor, or weapons trainer, or a family member. Someone finds out, or Ignis choses to tell them.


Doctrine of Labyrinths

I realise I only requested a few tags. This is on the part of me signing up at the worst time on my phone, and not having enough time to go through all the tags and edit it properly. But if you feel like there's a tag that's relevant to Felix and Malkar's relationship, I would undoubtedly love it.

I'd adore anything at all with Felix and Malkar, whether that's when Felix is taken away from the Shining Tiger to live with Malkar and be trained up to be acceptable to high society, or in the Mirador while Malkar still has his claws in him, or in some kind of canon divergence where Malkar gets him later, too. An AU would also be good, so long as it kept their basic dynamic. I will be all over any kind of worldbuilding, but especially magic and the systems of magic: how they're different between factions (or how they're not really different at all), or just how Felix was taught how to use and control magic that he presumably had no idea he had before. I didn't request Malkar/Felix/Mildmay because I'd prefer the hurt be focused on Felix, but including Mildmay would be fantastic if you'd like. Mildmay as a horrified and helpless bystander could be perfect, as could be Mildmay who is horrified but not helpless. Similarly with Gideon, however you want to spin it. In these cases I'd be good with Malkar doing the hurting and the other person, Mildmay or Gideon, doing the comforting.

I love the active, uncontrolled disaster that is Felix and the very calculated disaster that is Malkar. I love how Felix learnt so much of who he is from Malkar, very little of it good, including how to lash out when he's in pain (and then simply to lash out). But possibly the thing that intrigues me most is how he's described as loving Malkar as much as hating and fearing him. Malkar is described as both raping and seducing Felix the first time he fucks him, before he buys him for his own. How did Malkar treat him to have Felix react by being seduced? (Did he somehow know Felix -- as someone who had immense magical talent -- was in the Shining Tiger or was Malkar out to fuck a boy and found him completely by accident?) How did Malkar treat him afterwards? What did he do to make Felix fall so hard for him?

For hurt, well, canon is an embarrassment of riches. Malkar would find out very quickly about Felix' fear of water, and out in the countryside I don't imagine deep water is that hard to find, or that he'd hesitate to use the Sim against him back in Melusine. The scar surgeries are another thing that could be worth exploring, or lending Felix out to people. Or a fic about how magic affects Felix -- what's it like, physically and mentally, to learn? Is it draining, or painful? How does Malkar punish him when he messes up?

For comfort, I'm interested in either (or both) of Malkar comforting Felix because of something he himself did directly or indirectly, or someone else like Mildmay or Gideon comforting Felix from something Malkar is doing or did. The first would definitely be a twisted kind of comfort, but vulnerable, desperate for anything that didn't hurt Felix would still lap it up. Having Mildmay or Gideon comfort him could require some messing with details, but however you do it I'm doubtless fine! Whether it's something they can actually help with, and how much they have to push to get it through to Felix, I'd be good with anything. There's honestly so little in the fandom that practically any exploration into anything will be great.

Prompts
• Malkar engages Felix in his favourite kind of BDSM or punishment, whether or not Felix wants to (and he doesn't want to, or only wants to initially, or wants to but can't). Malkar then soothes Felix through the aftermath or subdrop, and praises him for what he did well.
• Malkar is feeling magnanimous and gently coaxes Felix through something painful.
• In a canon divergence scenario, Felix falls back into Malkar's control after he thought he was safe. Perhaps Malkar's rubies aren't as contained as they ought to be, or there's another failsafe he's installed to prevent his death. Or he could still be dead: canon has ghouls and ghosts and fantôme. If not one of them, maybe Malkar comes back as something else and continues to haunt Felix. Either Malkar 'comforting' Felix as he had done in life, or another person finding out and comforting Felix through the trauma of it.


Breath of the Wild

The tags are limited because I signed up at a bad time, I'm sorry -- generally it was a matter of too many tags to choose from rather than not enough, so if there's a tag that you like and seems to fit, please go for it! I'm equally good with either a romantic or platonic relationship, though I'd prefer the comfort not to be solely magical healing vagina (though that of course can play a part!). I'm not too interested in Link and the other champions, but if you want to include them I won't mind at all. We didn't see too much, but I absolutely adore Zelda and Urbosa's relationship in BotW, and how they are so different yet compliment each other perfectly. Zelda, whose strengths lie in her intellect and curiosity, is just as determined and driven as the fearless and talented warrior Urbosa. Zelda's fears and uncertainties only emphasise how she does push them despite the extreme weight of expectation on her shoulders. How Urbosa obviously both cares for and deeply respects Zelda, both as a person as well as the object of her sworn duty, is wonderful. I also love how Zelda treats Urbosa with respect but also takes comfort from her, and feels comfortable enough around her to drop the mantle of her duties and simply act like friends do. Their ease of familiarity is perfect.

For fic, before Ganon's awakening works easiest for timeline, but I won't complain if it's something else, perhaps Urbosa's spirit visiting Zelda while she's holding Ganon back, or a kind of afterlife. Or a complete AU! But an adventure, travelling, research, things going wrong somehow, are all good. I'd adore something action-adventure-ish, where Urbosa tries her best but can't quite defend Zelda fully, or discovers she's in trouble and comes in to rescue her. Or a joint effort where they're both in trouble and they use both Zelda's intellect and Urbosa's strength to overcome whatever or whoever. Caught in a snow storm, or kidnapped by the Yiga clan, or attacked by monsters, I'd love any kind of trouble or plot reasoning for being hurt! On the emotional pain side of things it could be internal, such as Zelda's self-doubt, or external, such as conflict with her father, or someone else in the royal family or court. In fact some kind of worldbuilding expanding on Zelda's role as a princess would be really fantastic, and what the Hylians made of a Gerudo woman like Urbosa.

For the hurt, while I certainly wouldn't mind the threat of rape or attempted rape, I would prefer no actual rape happened. Otherwise I'm open to pretty much anything! The tag is hurt Zelda but I certainly wouldn't mind Urbosa also getting hurt in attempting to protect Zelda, or being emotionally in pain because Zelda got hurt. I'd equally love physical hurt or emotional pain. Or both! The world is dangerous and it seems like Zelda travelled it extensively, and researching something like the guardians really can't be safe. Meanwhile Zelda has a lot of weight on her shoulders and not necessarily the ability or confidence to always live up to what people expect of her -- or what she expects of herself. Both physically and emotionally she can be fragile, needing the support of others to find her own strength to push through and succeed. Simply being in danger and being scared would be amazing, no need to actually go in with the physical whump.

For the comfort, I am all about Urbosa gently lifting Zelda up, supporting her, being the steady foundations she can rely on and use to build herself up on. She can protect her physically and also be there to listen, to give advice, and to laugh with. I imagine a competent warrior would also be excellent at first aid at the very least, tending to any wounds Zelda receives and keeping her as comfortable as possible. And carrying her when she's tired or in pain! Anything that highlights the love between them, their close friendship and familiarity.

Prompts
• Zelda is kidnapped and Urbosa rescues her. I'd love anything on the scale of Zelda being only frightened but perfectly unharmed, to Zelda being very seriously hurt, possibly from a botched rescue or escape attempt. Urbosa then comforts her while she's in pain and/or still frightened from what happened, in the aftermath.
• Political friction or arguments with her father on what's best, and how Urbosa can't really do much practically to help except be there to listen and advise (and comfort).
• Anything where Zelda grieves for Urbosa, and somehow, Urbosa is able to comfort her. Afterlife, or her spirit lingering in the real world or in dreams, however you want to spin it.

First of all, thank you very much for signing up! Secondly: honestly, I am very, very easy to please, so while I'll list a load of tropes and prompts and things here, they are only suggestions. If you have a great idea or your strengths lie somewhere else, please don't hesitate to write that instead! Please have fun writing!

I'm fine with handwaving canon details (like characters being in technically the wrong place at a specific moment in time) so long as it's not something particularly important to characterisation. Similarly I'm also good with fic tropes like A/B/O/mpreg/sex pollen/convenient tentacle monster/truth pollen/shack with only one blanket/mind control/etc. etc. for ~reasons. AUs are good except mundane AUs. A lot of my prompts would make for longer fic, but please don't worry about needing to write more than a scene or two. Word minimum is 300, after all!

General likes
I admit it – I love to hurt my favourite characters*. Emotional turmoil, illness, injury, noncon, yes please! I don't have any limits for gore or general physical injury (the more gory the better!), though I prefer my emotional pain understated, and my woobies of the iron variety. The other half/parts of the ship being afraid for them and providing some much deserved comfort (healing cock is always acceptable) is also very loved, and I wouldn't mind if you'd prefer to skip the hurt and go straight to the comfort.

If that isn't for you, I also love loyalty and competence kink – all characters I've requested are skilled fighters and survivors. Fic of them doing what they do best, together, would be wonderful, and some hot sex at the end of a long day would be the cherry on the cake. Getting together fic, either where they already know each other very well but discover new aspects in a romantic/sexual relationship, or where they're much more like strangers from the start, is also adored.

Darker fic, with unhealthy possessiveness, one character manipulating the other to 'prove' their loyalty sexually, or similar scenarios, will make me a very, very happy nonnie. Caveat: I'd like this for any ship except Link/Sidon. Sorry, but they're both so sweet, I just can't see it. Someone else doing it to one of them while Link/Sidon also happened would be fantastic, though!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Link/Prince Sidon

I adore this game – the exploration, the vastness of the map, the hundreds and hundreds of things you can stumble upon out of nowhere. That time Link swam up a waterfall just in time to see Farosh' giant head emerge from the lake at the top – my first encounter with one of the dragons – and I literally cried out loud in surprise and wonder. And the way I grinned when Sidon carried Link on his back to fight their way into Vah Ruta, and just how very thankful he was after Link succeeded.

N.B. as of writing I haven't had the chance to play Champion's Ballad. I don't mind small spoilers but if there are any large, plot related ones, I'd prefer you leave them out.

Sidon is such a wonderful, earnest character, and I love how he seems to blindside Link, who can be standoffish and sarcastic, with his big honest grin and enthusiastic handshakes. I love that for all that Sidon is massive, powerful, with sharp teeth and scars from his many battles, and the crown prince of a powerful kingdom to boot, he is especially deferential and respectful to Link. He's eager to please him, unabashed and generous in his praise, and I'd love to see some of this dynamic in the fic. Does Sidon always assume the best in people, and does it ever get him into trouble?

Prompts:
• Sidon and Link go travelling post-calamity Ganon, enjoying the relative peace. Perhaps either a simple travelling and camping in the wilderness story, and the tentative start to a new relationship, or something goes wrong – an ambush by the remnants of the Yiga clan, a landslide, an attack by monsters. I'd love for Sidon to be the one to defend Link, and for him or the both of them to be injured.
• Slightly darker prompt: Sidon is kidnapped in an attempt to force Link to do whatever the captors want. Terrible things happen before Sidon either is rescued or escapes.
• What do the various denizens of the world think of Link and Sidon as a couple? I would love to see some kind of fic from the POV of other characters – Zelda, Impa, Riju, or more minor characters like Bolson or Kass – as they meet the two of them.

I adore the relationships in this game. The strength of the characters and how they worked (or didn't work) together is 100% what I fell in love with. The loyalty kink, the way it's simultaneously really messed up (Ignis and Gladio got their jobs at what age, now?) and earnestly sweet. The four of them really do love each other, whether it's romantic or platonic. I'm more than happy with taking prompts and swapping the ship – eg taking a Gladio/Noctis/Ignis prompt and applying it to Gladio/Prompto/Noctis/Ignis, or having both Ardyn/Ignis and any of the others at the same time, or have one ship and turn it into another. I just love all the ships, so whatever you do with them, I'll be happy. Porn will always be acceptable.


So you may have noticed my favourite character from these ships, lol. Ignis won me over with his utter (arguably very unhealthy) devotion and love of Noct, his bad jokes, his keen intellect and drive for perfection, his severity matched with his need to nurture and protect. His conversational chemistry chart that says he thinks of Prompto as 'expendable comic relief whose company I secretly enjoy', his trust and companionship in Gladio. I get the feeling that a large part of him exists only vicariously – he lives through other people, and uses himself as a means to improve them and make them happy.

Noct is bratty and nerdy, but mostly a kind, earnest person. He wants to help others, just because he can, and doesn't expect anything in return. He's a bit hapless without Ignis there to guide him, and he responds better to coddling than Gladio's more aggressive pushing, but he loves, respects and depends on both of them, as well as growing up to lead them as well. No one's better at bringing him out of his shell than Prompto, however, the friend he chose and his escape from a stressful life he didn't want to begin with.

While Ignis is there purely for Noct, I see Gladio as torn between Noct as a person and Noct as Prince then King, a figurehead and ruler. Gladio is meant to lay down his life for this ideal, and struggles when Noct falls short. He's always there to push Noct into improving, and is frustrated by lack of improvement, but he's also there for him as a big brother – inevitable, after they grew up together. He supports Ignis, emotionally and practically, even if they don't always see eye to eye, and lets Prompto bring out his more playful, off the clock side.

Prompto is unique in that he chose to join the group, rather than was obliged to. He doesn't have that sort of screwed mindset the others do, born and raised for someone else's sake (Noct for Gladio and Ignis, the country for Noct), but he was a lonely kid, and emotionally neglected. When he found a friend in Noct he imprinted, hard, and didn't let go. I imagine his relationships with Gladio and Ignis were much more tentative at first, but I'm open to other options, and seeing the various fanon interpretations for this is something I really like. However it happened they're clearly close by the time canon roles around.

From the start, Ignis seemed to like Ardyn the least, or at least trust him the least. Presumably, Ardyn picked up on that. I'd prefer not to have Ignis loving, liking or being sexually attracted to Ardyn (though vice versa is good), unless it's through some serious brainwashing or similar. As dark as you'd like with this ship!


Gladio/Noctis/Ignis

Prompts
• Brotherhood era – how did they get in a relationship? Was it kept secret because of problems with rank, threesomes in the public eye, homophobia, Noct (and possibly Gladio) needing to be married and provide a biological heir? Or I'll be equally happy with an ideal, zero-outside-problems scenario. If one pair got together first then invited the third, what did the third think about that?
• This ship as seen by Prompto, who is very cool with not being part of it. Was he weirded out by it at first? Did Noct neglect to tell him and leave him to work it out on his own? Has he ever had to defend them against others who talked about them behind their backs?
• Porn. Ignis is very flexible, isn't he? And Gladio very strong. Do they ever take advantage of that?


Prompto/Ignis

Prompts
• Prompto and Ignis are separated from the others at some point on the road trip. Daemon killing adventure, shopping expedition, catching up on some sexy alone time, whatever you'd like.
• WoR, in which Prompto continues to help Ignis cope with his blindness, and they both help each other cope with the loss of Noct and apocalypse scenario.
• Ignis finds himself struggling with his enormous, persistent, completely unexpected crush on Prompto.


Gladio/Prompto/Noctis/Ignis

• One of them (preferably Ignis) is seriously hurt and for whatever reason cannot be healed (out of curatives and Noct out of magic, the injured one is somewhere the others can't reach, handwaving totally fine). How do the others react? How do they all comfort themselves when back together and healed?
• Happy ending!AU where Noct lives.
• The day to day life. Sleepy morning snuggles. Prompto getting underfoot as Ignis cooks but Ignis doesn't really mind. Gladio and Noct training, and all that physical activity gets one or both hot under the collar. Prompto taking photos with Gladio as his model. Ignis fussing over and taking care of Noct. etc etc.


Noctis/Ignis

• All the service kink, inside the bedroom and out of it. Physical things like Ignis bathing Noct, or Noct being a pillow princess, or things like taking Noct out on a special fishing and stargazing date, with all the things he knows Noct loves.
• It takes them years, but they finally realise they're basically already in a relationship. They were so used to each other, and the closeness seemed so natural, they'd simply never thought of it that way before.
• Noct is very possessive over Ignis. I'm happy with this being played dark or not!


Ardyn/Ignis

Prompts
• Ardyn finally gets Ignis to call him Your Majesty. (Torture, threatening one of the other chocobros, mind control, etc.).
• Seeing Ignis looking after Noct reminds Ardyn of someone who used to look after him. Suddenly he can't stop thinking about that person/Ignis, and how they represent how much he's lost and how far he's fallen. Possibilities include anything from simply observing and stewing, to taking the form of Noct and tricking Ignis into caring for him (sexually or otherwise), to capturing Ignis during WoR and making him exchange basic necessities for acts of service.
• Straight up noncon. In front of Noct and the others, using his magic and/or shapeshifting to spice things up, because he wants Ignis or simply a means to an end, however you like.




The Silmarillion

Honestly, Silmarillion meta is so beyond me that I won't even try, but I will outline a little what I love about these characters! One thing I will note that I love is the understatedness of so many things. For example we're told that these First Age elves are powerful, but we're not given a description of that power, and when they chose to wield it it's all the more striking for it's mystery. For instance, By the arts of Felagund their own forms and faces were changed into the likeness of Orcs, or Lúthien heard his answering voice, and she sang then a song of greater power. The wolves howled, and the isle trembled. I adore how this isn't explained, or the rules ever written out. We're not meant to know and understand, only be in awe.

I do consider Fëanor's oath literally and magically binding, and would prefer, if it does come up, it written so it's not possible to simply walk away from it or break it. Pretty much every other point of canon I'm much happier to be flexible about! Similarly, feel free to use what naming preferences you like best. I have no preference for ship or gen fic, so have merged the / and & ship prompts. Explicit sex, or the sort of closeness that unnerves everyone as it toes the line of sexual, or purely platonic, or anywhere in between – chose whatever you prefer. Feel free to switch the prompts between ships. Fingon/Maedhros/Maglor, as a triangle ship or threesome, also works for me, or one ship with the other character as a close, platonic relationship.

Maedhros is one of the most tragic characters in the book, for me. He cares for all the things Fëanor doesn't care for, but is bound regardless to follow his father's footsteps, and suffers for it as the things and people he cares for suffers. I don't believe any of the Fëanorian's are good, let alone innocent, characters, but for all their variable slide into villainy it's hard not to feel at least a little sympathy for them (well, most of them). I am fascinated by how closely Maedhros and Maglor stay together all of those years, and how at the very end they go together to fight, uselessly, against the whole world. What would it be like to have such a family as they did, reduced one by one to only each other? Maglor seems more gentle, less inclined to fight and more to giving up, than Maedhros, and ultimately obeys him as head of the family. But what are they like in less extreme situations? Does Maglor always concede to Maedhros? Are there situations where Maedhros cannot cope with being in charge, and Maglor takes up the mantle?

Fingon seems like a more noble version of Maedhros – what Maedhros used to be, or could have been, perhaps, had he not slid into ruin with the rest of his family. Fingon's loyalty, and their friendship surviving disaster after disaster, is something I love. It isn't a beautiful, unblemished love like that between Lúthien and Beren, or a debt for a true noble deed, or insight into some greatness of character. They're simply friends, and they love each other, for all the good it did either of them.


Maedhros/Maglor

Prompts
• I headcanon that Maedhros fell apart after his captivity at Angband, and never truly recovered, though he could certainly act like he did. So – even after he is apparently healed, Maedhros being looked after by Maglor in private. Calming him if he gets violent, bathing him if his old wounds hurt too much, talking him down from delusions or hysteria.
• Maedhros learning to fight with his left hand. Alternatively, Maglor learning to fight at all.
• Co-dependency. After so many centuries of providing support and counterbalancing opinions, neither of them know how to function without the other. Anything from making bad albeit minor decisions in the general running of the household/army camp, to being entirely unable to cope.
• Privately, the two of them mourn for those they've lost, perhaps including themselves as they used to be.


Maedhros/Fingon

Prompts
• I know it's been done a lot, but anything on Fingon's rescue of Maedhros from Angband. Perhaps his point of view as Maglor looks after Maedhros, or vice versa, or perhaps the both of them look on as Maedhros refuses either of their help.
• Fingon and Maedhros spar for fun, like they used to do on Valinor – but now Maedhros is a kinslayer, they've both fought for their lives in battle, and they find what they used to enjoy is irrevocably ruined.
• The first time they have sex after coming to Middle Earth, or after not seeing each other for a long time. Finding the new things about each other's body, and how things have changed physically and emotionally.
• Fingon clings to the idea of how Maedhros used to be, and ignores how he is now. Either he's forced to confront reality, or if he continues to refuse, are equally good.
